Yes. Toronto is the centre of the platform, with relevant profiles from surrounding GTA communities included where they serve Toronto-area users.

Profiles can include services, products, people, photographs, video, hours, locations, booking details, policies and other sections that help someone understand the option.

A standard profile request is free. Submission does not guarantee approval, and paid media or promotional projects are clearly separated from directory inclusion.

We look for relevance, clarity, real local usefulness and enough information to create a profile that helps someone make a decision.

Use the Contact page and select Profile correction. Include the profile name, the information that needs attention and a reliable way to verify the change.

Yes. Profiles are modular. An approved owner can start with the essential sections and add useful information, media and features as the business grows.

Sign-in is for approved profile owners and authorized team members. If you requested a profile but do not yet have access, contact profile support.

Eligible business profiles can include products and a checkout experience. Availability, fulfilment, returns and customer service remain the responsibility of the seller.

The business shown on the product profile handles the order. Its fulfilment and return details should be reviewed before completing a purchase.
